Welcome to Mosaic
We are a social justice focused UMC Church in downtown Wilmington, NC.

Mosaic UMC is taking house church to a new level.  Welcome to The Rainbow House.  

We have backyard worship each Sunday at 10am.   We also have activities throughout for our entire community.  We are open to those of any faith background.  Our hope is to build a chosen family that serves and lifts up our local community.

Honor someone you love today.

Do you have a loved one that has inspired you?  Is their a social justcie warrior in your life that deserves recognition?  For a donation of $25, our Pride Bricks give you a chance to share their story with our community.  Going back to the first Pride,  bricks are symbolic of creating change.  We want to celebrate the change makers while helping create a safe space.  Each brick will be hand-painted and displayed at The Rainbow House.  You will also recieve a donation email along with a certificate.  We will honor the recipient on our social media. 

All donations recieved go directly to The Rainbow House. Follow the link below to create a brick in honor or in memory of someone you love.

We acknowledge the harm our churches and schools caused. We also support 2016 Book of Resolutions, #3324 and ask that our church continue to pursue reparations in the Trail of Repentance and Healing.
The United Methodist Church officially supports reparations and calls on Congress to pass H.R. 40, the bill that would authorize a study on reparations (Resolution 3066).
We also are grateful for all those who celebrate and honor our two-spirit siblings against the face of the colonialism and religious prejudice that try to force their erasure through schools and churches.
